What do FV and FVT mean in a PID diagram?

In this diagram, what do FV and FVT represent? Are they the opening degrees of the pneumatic valve as displayed on the DCS?
Valve position indication – position transmitter
FV flow control valve； The valve position transmitter for FVT flow control valves; some of them also come with solenoids found in FSOV flow control valves, as well as valve position switches for FVZO and FVZC flow control valves, and so on! The statements from various design institutes may vary!
