Question: Can workshop raw materials (such as toluene, methanol, and other similar substances) be unloaded directly from tank trucks into the outdoor tanks in the workshop (referred to as plant storage tanks in petrochemical terminology), without going through the tank farm? Can the intermediate products produced in the workshop (substances of types A and B) be filled directly by tank trucks outside the workshop, without being transferred to the tank area? Are there any specific provisions? Thank you
The current regulations do not explicitly require that loading and unloading stations must correspond to the storage tank areas； However, loading and unloading stations of categories A and B pose relatively high safety risks; currently, there are stringent requirements regarding the spacing between such stations as well as the safety facilities required, and it is essential to meet all regulatory specifications (new installations must follow the appropriate approval procedures).
