Are there any relatively successful chemical industrial parks in China?

Guys, I’d like to ask if there are any well-developed chemical industrial park projects in China – you know, the kind where a large park is built and factory spaces are rented out to external parties, with centralized supply of electricity, water, and steam； Uniform storage of raw materials ； The three types of waste are stored and treated in a centralized manner. I’d like to know their operating mode. How should the general layout of such a project be designed, and what considerations are necessary?

Such projects will not exist; the land is **owned by**, and **only parks are planned for the purpose of selling the land. Once it has been sold, companies operate them on their own, with support limited to providing necessary public facilities – there is no possibility of offering comprehensive care services
I may not have explained it clearly: Company A acquires a large piece of land, builds factories, warehouses, and tank areas on it, and then rents them out to Companies B, C, and D. I saw on a WeChat official account before that there seems to be such a company in Linyi, one that rents out factory spaces and seems to be involved in the production of pharmaceutical intermediates; I forgot its name.
Is it Jin Yi Chemical the company based in Linyi? It seems to be engaged in renting out factories, but personally I think it’s more of a cooperative arrangement. For example, I’ve set up a factory here, and during the planning process there’s a large piece of land left over that could also be used to build another factory. I can provide things like water, electricity, and steam, but I’m likely not to need them myself; so I would find a partner to make use of that land. I think that’s roughly what it means.
