What is the difference between the EL±0.000 layout plan and the EL±3.500 layout plan? Does the layout plan at 0 meters include all the equipment, while the layout plan at 3.5 meters includes only the equipment that is at 3.5 meters or above?
Equipment layout for each cross-section!
A floor plan should not be a cross-section of that floor’s elevation; it shows whatever is there, right? It’s not all the equipment, is it? For example, if a device is located on the 3.0-meter deck and has a height of 2 meters, it will not be visible in the layout plan at 0 meters; however, it can be seen in the layout plan at 3.5 meters.
Assume your device is 5m tall. . In other words, both layers need to be represented. . . At this level, you can actually see what devices there are and what they are labeled as. . . . If the base elevation of the equipment you have is 3.5m, it shouldn’t appear on a drawing with an elevation of 0m

Equipment installed on another plane but passing through that plane (such as various towers) ； 3. Equipment installed on platforms, brackets, or hangers on that plane (i.e., those that are above such planes).
