Centrifugal pump + flow meter + PLC? 2. Reciprocating pump? 3. Roots pump? Which method is better, guys? The traffic control requirements are not high; around 20 is sufficient.

For centrifugal pumps, add a flow meter along with high/low level alarms; as for metering pumps, I’d like to know whether they are reliable

A centrifugal pump + flow meter + PLC, along with high/low flow alarms, represents the most stable and secure solution. I agree with what the brother on floor 5 said; back in the 1990s, when pneumatic instruments were still in use, this combination could maintain flow control with an accuracy of 2%, let alone nowadays
Metering pumps are all small-sized; in my case, the requirement for flow rate accuracy is very low.
There are fluctuations; the inlet is a large pool, and the liquid level changes.
I really don’t have any high demands when it comes to precision. In the case of a combination of PLC + flow meter + control valve, programming is still required primarily. I just want to get a pump (reciprocating), and then I can adjust it there.
