Evaluation of reaction heat in fine chemical engineering

I recently came across an expansion project that involves a polymerization reaction. The client had previously conducted a heat of reaction assessment, and the results indicated that the risk was acceptable. Now that the production volume is increasing, is it necessary to conduct this heat of reaction assessment again? I’m not very clear about this, so I earnestly ask the experts for their guidance. I saw their original assessment report yesterday, and it didn’t seem to address the issue of production volume.
