Is it reasonable to install the safety valve on the ground? Does it meet the specification?

When the outlet diameter of the safety valve is not larger than DN40, it can be connected vertically from the top of the main pipe. The photo shows horizontal and vertical access, so the back pressure must be huge! It is really appalling and dangerous to set the pressure relief main pipe vertically. It is recommended to refer to screenshot 01. 2. The total pressure drop of the inlet pipe between the protected equipment and the safety valve inlet flange should not exceed 3% of the valve's set pressure (gauge pressure). This must be determined through calculation to determine whether it exceeds the standard. 3. The design of the safety valve outlet pipe should consider that the back pressure does not exceed a certain value of the safety valve's set pressure. For ordinary spring-type safety valves, the back pressure does not exceed 10% of the set pressure of the safety valve. Has this been calculated? 4. The outlet pipeline of the safety valve should be properly supported to prevent the excessive bending moment of pressure relief from causing the stress value of the pipeline to exceed the allowable range. It is not seen in the picture. It is recommended to refer to screenshot 02. There seems to be a steel column vertically next to the main pipe. Maybe it is anti-impact? Please take a closer look at GB 50316 SH 3012 and ask friends on the forum to correct any inappropriate points.
I don’t understand this one. The main pipe is horizontal, the safety valve is vertical, and the relief pipe behind the safety valve is horizontal.

The relief pipeline seems to have a closed valve. Generally, there is also a low-point relief, such as the bottom pipeline of liquid nitrogen, but it needs to be protected so as not to hurt people.
What is the use of the safety valve outlet riser?
