Mainly towers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pump equipment; the media include Class A, Class B, and Class C. Column reactors can operate at atmospheric pressure or under negative pressure. Now the client requires that there be no air in the entire system, and a nitrogen purge is needed. 1. Is it necessary to connect nitrogen to each storage tank? 2. The entire process is enclosed; so how does this nitrogen get into the system? Did it get in through the gap in the equipment flange? 3. If air does not enter later, was the air in the storage tank not removed at the time of startup? So, by adding an air expulsion step at the start of operation, can that solve the problem? 4. If all storage tanks are covered with nitrogen purging, does each tank need to be equipped with a vent valve? How should the exhaust gas be handled? Is it still necessary to carry out exhaust gas treatment? Is it okay to vent it on-site? If exhaust gas treatment is carried out, won’t the load on the exhaust gas treatment facilities increase? I hope the experts here can help answer these questions!
It is recommended to re-examine the issue, for example, whether this process takes place inside a sealed container or outdoors. If it’s not confidential, it would be best to clarify the relevant information. Or use the previous partial diagram to illustrate the problem you need to solve, for reference.

After nitrogen displacement, perform a leak test; if there are no issues, proceed directly with the fine material processing. Is that feasible?
