If I install a centrifugal blower with an outlet pipe diameter changed from DN50 to DN32, will there be any problems?
There will definitely be problems; the wind speed is too high
There will be problems: the wind speed will increase and heat will be generated
It cannot be reduced in size; otherwise the fan’s seals and the motor will get damaged
It is similar to reducing the cross-sectional area of the outlet pipe, just like closing the valve at the fan’s outlet. I don’t know why you changed it this way; why not make it smaller instead? Change it to DN20, DN10, or even smaller,,,。 ?
In my opinion, when the size is reduced, the wind speed increases, and the air volume may not reach the rated flow rate.
Due to the issue with fan selection, I chose one with a slightly higher output; its outlet duct is 50 in diameter, but the branch ducts are already available and have a diameter of 32
As long as it remains within the performance curve range of the fan, there is no problem at all; if the outlet temperature rises, an return pipeline can be added
