Renovate as shown in the image! If this solution doesn’t work, please help explain why, or suggest any good alternatives other than replacing the device! Re-dig the hole
With a bag-shaped intake pipe like this, it definitely won’t work. Looking at your photos, the original design is fine.
The original design is fine; there’s no point in making any changes. Why do you need to make changes? Did any problems occur during the operation? The lower the installation height of the reboiler, the greater the circulation rate, and the smaller the vaporization fraction at the reboiler outlet.
Please provide details on the operation and specify the issue!
What is the basis for making such a change? There’s also such a large bag-like structure there; it’s obviously not possible to do the piping this way
The original design is fine; what issue are you encountering? Why is it necessary to make changes? Is the direction not quite right?
It can be modified in this way, or a flow-limiting orifice plate can be installed on the inlet pipeline of the reboiler; however, this requires careful calculation
Are you sure there’s no problem? According to the original design, heat exchange is not possible unless there is no liquid level in the tower; the entire reboiler is filled
Was the original design okay? My 10-inch steam pipe can only handle one ton of steam! Is the reboiler always full as long as there is a liquid level in the tower? Obviously, the reboiler height is too low!
