Do I have to draw the shapes of the equipment myself in the equipment layout diagram?

I have just started working in the field of chemical engineering design. I would like to ask the experienced professionals here: do we need to draw the outlines of each piece of equipment on the equipment layout diagram one by one? Or do other majors offer a CAD version?
