As the title suggests, for compressed air at 1 MPa, what type of mechanical equipment can be used to increase its pressure by 30 KPa in order to meet its power requirements for circulation? The maximum circulating gas volume shall not exceed 50 NM3/MIN. If it is atmospheric air, a Roots blower is the perfect choice; the blowers in question are not capable of withstanding pressure. Use a compressor; this amount of pressure increase is too small compared to the compression ratio of the compressor.
I contacted several manufacturers that are capable of producing such pressure-resistant centrifugal fans. Seal drums and Sichuan drums can also be made, but they are custom-made, so their price is correspondingly higher.
