POE combines the elasticity of rubber with the processability of plastics, and possesses excellent aging resistance, weather resistance, and impact resistance. It is widely used in areas such as automotive parts, wires and cables, medical devices, packaging materials, and modification for enhancing toughness. The production process includes solution polymerization, gas-phase polymerization, or slurry polymerization, with product properties being adjusted by controlling the content of comonomers and the molecular weight distribution.
