In Class A workshops, there are acid tanks and pumps; the floor needs to be treated with anti-corrosion measures and enclosed with a bund. Acid that leaks during production accumulates within this bund – how should it be removed?
A sump is installed at the lowest point of the cofferdam, from which water is pumped out using acid pumps for reference purposes.
The cofferdam is not large, and under normal circumstances, there isn’t much acid either.
The diaphragm pump pushes it out (ー_ー)!! Neutralization treatment.
It is recommended to install a collection tank, from which the liquid can be pumped out using an acid pump; even if the cofferdam is small, the water used for flushing will flow into this collection tank and be removed by the pump

In Class A workshops, what should be done if flammable gases that are heavier than air accumulate in the collection tanks?
The liquid collection tank is sealed; just add a liquid seal, that’s it. . . Besides, what kinds of gases are involved in your Class A workshop?
