Looking for recommendations for instant consecutive elimination devices

It is said that this device is relatively energy-efficient, but there aren’t many companies that manufacture it available online. Could those who have used it recommend it? Currently, spiral plate heat exchangers are commonly used, but they tend to get clogged. Is that the case here as well?
