In the plant fiber pulp workshop, there is a smell similar to that of millet porridge; sulfur-containing organic compounds and organic compounds with benzene rings are present. Could anyone with experience guess what these components might be?
I can’t remember what the taste of da zha zi congee is like; I’ve had it before but don’t recall its flavor. Foods containing sulfur usually smell bad when they’re too concentrated, while it’s hard to say what the taste is when they’re less concentrated – maybe it even tastes good
