Help,,, I have 200 kg of barrel-encased benzene – what method should be used to put it into the reaction vessel? Our facility currently uses vacuum tubes for direct pumping. . . . . . . . The expert came and said that volatile substances in toluene cannot be drawn out directly; he also didn’t explain how to do it. Don’t use a vacuum; it’s very dangerous when the air is evacuated. It can be pumped using a self-priming pump, as the flow rate is easier to control.
For the tank area, one storage tank is designed; tank trucks unload materials into this tank, which are then pumped to transfer tanks in the workshop, and from there, they are delivered to the reaction vessels via measurement systems, thereby reducing risks
Still use vacuum, replace with stainless steel pipes, and ground the pipes.
Now there are one-size-fits-all policies; storage tanks are not allowed to be used. The regulations regarding storage tanks for toluene are very strict these days

It can be done by using a sealed and airtight pumping method: after creating a vacuum in the tank, close the vacuum valve. Insert the suction pipe below the liquid level, making sure no air gets in. Once the electronic scale is ready, simply close the feed valve
The 200-liter tank has two lids, one large and one small. Air is drawn out through the larger lid, while nitrogen is introduced through the smaller one. Does that make sense?
