The fire protection codes for architectural design specify requirements regarding fire separation distances; it seems that combined construction is not feasible

When constructing buildings together, the fire safety distances around such buildings are determined based on the higher fire classification. In other words, when a Class C workshop is built alongside a Class D or E workshop, the fire classification for the entire complex is determined according to the higher category, which is Class C. Then, Class C workshops have requirements regarding the maximum floor area. So if you co-construct, you need to take into account that 1, the fire protection area must not exceed the requirements set by the regulations. 2 The peripheral spacing should be considered according to Category C.
