Is it truly possible to achieve zero emissions in chemical production? Is it merely a theoretical possibility? Zero emissions will surely lead to a significant increase in costs, right?
The weakness lies here: figuring out how to make use of materials with low quality, low content, and low concentration is a challenge, and the biggest issue is the conflict with economic viability.
Idealized goal. There is nothing absolute in the world.
I. Standards to be applied. Just like with the ruler you used to draw a line; a line drawn using that ruler as a standard is considered correct. It can only be relative. II. There are both theoretical and practical ones. III. Costs should also be determined with reference to market demands. Some products may require price adjustments.
Zero emissions are impossible. If all the waste liquids can be processed in a timely manner, the substances used for processing those liquids will still have to be discharged, right? It is still possible to reduce emissions to meet or exceed the **standards!
