The workshop has installed two sets of distillation equipment; it consumes a large amount of steam daily, and a considerable amount of condensate is generated as well. Let’s discuss how everyone makes use of this steam condensate.
Recovery and reuse via high-temperature mixed bed after detection
It can be used as water for steam boilers, as well as in cooling towers. If it passes the relevant tests, it can theoretically also be used as process water; the specific application will depend on the circumstances of the company.
After condensation, it enters the circulation pool as make-up water for the pool
Condensate flash steam, used as a lithium bromide heat source, can also be recovered via high-pressure steam vacuum induction.
After passing the inspection, it is filled into plain water.
