The picture shows an evaporation system imported from Japan for a Japanese-funded company in the south. What material is the pipe insulation made of? You are not allowed to take photos casually, the picture information is limited.
Probably PIR (polyisocyanurate).
Can you guess through the iron sheet? I won’t tell you any working conditions, I just know about Japanese evaporators. All Japanese evaporators have more than one type of insulation material.
The internal insulation material is not the focus, I just think the insulation shell is well made, I don’t know what material it is made of ;P
You can't see anything inside. Isn't the outside covered in iron? This kind of insulation is very common.
The outer casing is just a layer of aluminum skin.
Nowadays, there are many new material options for shells.
