According to Clause 5.2.28 of the “Fire Protection Design Standard for Petrochemical Enterprises (2018 Edition)”, around equipment areas where there is a possibility of leakage or spillage of flammable liquids during start-up, shutdown, and maintenance operations, dikes with a height of no less than 150 mm and liquid drainage facilities shall be installed. Is it necessary to set up a small cofferdam in the pump area? ?
