Jiangsu Province’s safety regulations for nitration processes

Dear teachers, our factory uses German adiabatic nitration technology; nitric acid reacts with benzene to produce ***. We plan to add interlocks in the DCS system to shut off the supply of nitric acid and benzene. Are there any regulations in Jiangsu Province regarding nitration processes that require the shutdown valves to be of SIL2 grade? The SIS nitration isolation valve is currently of SIL2 rating; do we need an isolation valve with SIL2 rating to add DCS interlocks?
Nitration is an extremely dangerous process; the interlocks must be of SIL2 level or higher. Check the notice from the **State Administration of Work Safety
There are already SIL2-rated measuring instruments and isolation valves on the SIS for interlocking feed shutdown; we want to add another isolation valve to the feed pipeline, which will be controlled by the DCS. Must this isolation valve controlled by the DCS also be of SIL2 rating? I checked the instrument data sheet from the design institute; the control valves of the DCS do not have a SIL rating.
