The Book of Songs says: Stones from other mountains can be used to polish jade. Literally, it means that the stones from other mountains can be used as grinding stones for polishing jade objects. Later on, it came to signify that the methods or suggestions of others can help one correct one’s mistakes and shortcomings or serve as a source of inspiration. With various registration-based exams taking place recently, this region has organized the following activities to assist all candidates in passing these exams successfully. We hope that those who have experience in this area will share their advice; there are plenty of rewards available! I. Event Theme: Experience Sharing – “Lessons from Others”. II. Purpose of the event: With the aim of helping all those who are striving to pass registration-related exams avoid unnecessary detours, the editor is organizing this “Lessons from Others” event to provide a platform for those willing to share their exam experiences to interact with one another. After the event, the theme of this event will be compiled into an e-book titled the \"Haichuan Chemical Industry Forum Registered Engineer Examination Guide.\" We hope you can be one of the authors! III. Target participants: All members of Haichuan. IV. Event sponsors: Recruitment is in progress; those interested can contact the online QQ customer service at the bottom of the page. Rights of sponsors: 1. The sponsor’s company name will be included in the event theme, and the sponsor’s products will be mentioned in the event details ； 2. The physical prizes for the event come with sponsor advertisements. V. Purpose of the event: To enhance communication and assist those preparing for exams in studying more effectively and passing them successfully! ! ! VI. Participation Method: 1. Post in any section of the Registered Engineers forum ； The content of the post should focus on summaries of personal experiences and exam tips gained during the process of becoming a registered engineer; the ideas should be clear, the writing concise, and it’s advisable to include relevant materials. Each post should contain no less than 200 characters. 2. Title format requirement: Experience Sharing on Process Optimization – “Lessons from Others”-Article xxx. VII. Event Timeline

VIII. Event Rewards
1. All participants who submit valid posts will receive a reward of 30 Wealth points and 3 HaiChuan coins from the event organizing committee (distributed by Adventure Wang) ； 2. All winners who receive an award at or above the Excellence level may be given priority to become moderators or members of the technical teams in any section of the Petrochemical Division 【The Petrochemical and Coal Chemical Divisions will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis】 ； 3.
