What certificates should someone who has just started working in the central control field obtain after one year?

I graduated from an ordinary university with a degree in chemical engineering and technology. I have been working for one year now and would like to pursue a career in central control systems. I’m not sure how to study on my own or which industry certifications I should obtain. Is the certification in chemical engineering more suitable for work in design firms? I would appreciate any advice from those who are more experienced, or even posts with similar content would be helpful
One should aim to become a registered electrical engineer

Traditional industries are all tough. One should keep up with the trends of the times; in the information industry, salaries start at hundreds of thousands per year. There’s no concern about not being able to pay such salaries, as loans and financing are used to cover them. People inflate the valuation amounts to extract as much money as possible before leaving, and it’s better to work in this industry than in those more difficult ones
I have always thought that electrical engineers should specialize in electrical systems, being responsible for maintenance, installation, and related tasks. I mainly want to pursue a career in craftsmanship.
I see that for the Chemical Engineering certificate, a recommendation from an employer is required. Is this certificate useful if I’m looking for a job at a control system company?
It can only be said that when applying to university back then, making that wrong choice led to... It’s not inevitable, but it’s also very difficult to give up on what was learned over those four years.

Moving in the direction of central control, there are no industry registration certificates or anything of the sort; it’s better to learn and research more in the field of configuration, with the goal of becoming a configuration engineer.
