I would like to ask the experts: Where are the regulations specifying the required distance between the power transformation and distribution rooms and the storage tanks in oil depots (that are not affiliated with enterprises)? If the storage tank is a single tank with a capacity of 100,000 cubic meters for crude oil, and the power distribution room has 10KV incoming power lines,

Table 5.1.3 of the \"Code for Design of Oil Storage Tanks\" GB50074-2014 stipulates that external floating roof tanks with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters or more must be located at least 60 meters away from areas where people gather, such as office buildings, central control rooms, and canteens. It only specifies the requirements for transformers in outdoor substation areas; there are no regulations regarding the distance between substation rooms and storage tanks at 10 KV and below. Which standard does the teacher upstairs refer to?
