Could the senior colleagues please explain the meaning of some of the legends in Figure 8, \"Pipeline Layout Examples\", of HG/T 20519-2009?

This figure shows an example of pipeline layout from Appendix 8 of HG/T 20519-2009. There are a few points I don’t understand; I would appreciate it if some experienced colleagues could explain them to me: lol 1. Does INT EL here refer to the center elevation? 2. Is 04H03S here the number of the pipeline fixing point? If so, what are the rules for such numbers? What do 3 and 4 represent? 5. The pipe outlet B2 faces downward (facing away from the drawing), and the pipeline connecting to this outlet is shown as a dashed line – does this indicate that it is facing away from the drawing? 6. Where does the pipeline lead from here?
5 is located beneath the container in that section of pipeline, and is not visible from a top-down view.
4. “F.P.” denotes a fixed point, indicating the fixed end of the horizontal equipment shown in the diagram； 6. It should be the outlet pipe of the PSV3303 safety valve; only the outlet height is specified, with no other markings
