What state is the glacial acetic acid in that is to be added (solid or liquid, what is the particle size of the solid, what is the viscosity of the liquid)? Is the container used for addition open or closed, and what is the pressure? How can there be a reply without any information?
Uh, liquid glacial acetic acid (98.5% purity), with virtually no viscosity; it is added from the acetic acid storage tank into a stainless-steel reactor, which is sealed and capable of being evacuated
Pump it over; use pressure from the acetic acid storage tank to push it through – the simplest way for liquid transfer
If the storage tank is equipped with heat tracing, insulation for the pipelines will be sufficient; make it thick enough
The transportation of liquid glacial acetic acid can be done using pumps directly, but it freezes at 16.6 degrees, so during design it is necessary to consider measures such as keeping the pipelines moist or purging them of air. Additionally, it causes certain corrosion to pipelines; therefore, when selecting pipelines, valves, and instruments, the material used must be taken into account.
It is recommended to use nitrogen pressure to push it through, rather than a pump (to reduce risks to the equipment)~~~ Insulate the pipelines along their length~~~ For reference only
Is acetic acid not measured? Use a pump to create a circulation system, ensuring the flow of liquid acetic acid; insulate the pipes! If I use vacuum pumping, I think it will be too slow.
