In the production process where magnesium oxide is used to absorb sulfur dioxide from exhaust gases, the absorption effect is poor and pipelines become clogged. Are there any experts with experience in this area who can offer some guidance?
What kind of model is this? Is it gas-solid phase absorption? What shape is magnesium oxide in? What is the pressure drop in the empty tower? What is the flow rate under process conditions? What is the water content? What is the pipe diameter? Without knowing the parameters, even a god wouldn’t know where the problem lies
