In the provincial personnel and talent management information system, what does it mean when the Provincial High-Level Evaluation Committee for Engineering and Technical Professional Qualifications (for machinery, chemical engineering, light industry, textiles, and senior-level positions) gives its approval?

There are no interviews anymore; instead, one needs to submit documents, apply online, and also submit paper copies of the documents for review. The required documents should be complete; no separate interview is needed

Previously, in addition to reviewing papers and various forms, I was also required to conduct face-to-face defenses. Is it enough to just conduct an online review now?
Well, it started last year I think. No need for an interview or defense
