For a new domestic chemical process, how should the demonstration of safety and reliability be carried out? What do I need to prepare? Is it currently organized by the provincial emergency management departments in China?
It seems that Shandong has gone too far here; technologies that did not exist in China before require safety assessments
Several provinces have issued regulations. Some are organized by the Department of Industry and Information Technology.
