How should steel linings be labeled upon leaving the factory? Which information should be marked? How is on-site installation carried out, with each section of pipe installed at its respective location?
Steel linings are usually prefabricated on-site along with a single-line diagram, and then taken to the lining factory for further processing. The processed steel lining pipes are numbered according to the lining pipe factory’s numbering rules before being delivered to the site.
What information should be indicated on each steel lining pipe? Are there any standards for numbering rules? Thank you
I usually use steel pipes of standardized custom lengths and assemble them on-site, thereby avoiding the need to keep inventory of spare parts in non-standard sizes.

This is a question of managerial wisdom, not a regulatory one. For example, if you disassemble a piping system and move it to another location to reassemble it, you might get lost when trying to put all the pipes back in place. It’s easier to make marks before disassembling so as to reassemble it later; as for how to make those marks, it depends on your own creativity – the guidelines don’t provide instructions on that

Generally, an axonometric diagram is required for installation; the dimensions of plastic-lined pipes are determined based on such diagrams, and the pipe numbers are also assigned according to them. How can it be considered a standard length? If, after passing through a bend, there is only 1 meter left in the installation, should it still be treated as a standard length of 4 meters?
On-site installation isn’t that complicated; for some standard lengths such as 200 mm, does it suffice to simply indicate DN? Quantity? The construction team can take this material and go straight ahead with the installation ; There are also some with irregular lengths; please indicate the pipeline number? DN? Length? It’s basically possible to find a location for installation. Therefore, when designing pipes, it is advisable to use lengths that are uniform, to facilitate manufacturing and installation.
