Can the support channel steel in the mixed-bed be welded to the tank body?

Dear experts: As the title suggests, when designing and constructing mixed-bed systems, can the support steel beams for the middle exhaust pipes be welded directly to the tank body? Are there any relevant design standards or specifications? Furthermore, how is it possible to calculate the required specifications for channel steel or other shaped steels in order to meet the requirements?
But such support is prone to deformation and is not sturdy enough. That’s why considering welding it directly to the tank wall
Then strengthen the support and weld it properly; the upper components need to be removed for inspection as indicated in the drawings
The fittings mentioned above can also be removed even if they are welded in place; at present, the main concern is whether welding them directly to the tank wall is compliant
Try not to get stuck on these issues anymore; it will cause many problems in the future
