I have a rather simple question: Is the fire category for the electrical substation classified as Class C? Where did you find it? I didn’t pay attention to the specifications~{:3_63:}
It is generally considered as Category C, as mentioned in the explanatory notes of the old building codes. The relevant substation specifications also contain relevant provisions. Search for the source online and you can find it.
Well, thank you. I had nothing to do this afternoon, so while looking at the general design specifications, I accidentally came across the regulations regarding distribution rooms. I guess they are also related to the amount of cooling oil used there~{:3_57:}

It’s not a provision from the general plan specifications; rather, the specifications only mention a related standard, and it’s necessary to refer to GB50229
That makes sense too; after all, oil-immersed transformers are classified as Category C, and that’s the case for most distribution rooms~
Those immersed in oil are classified as Class C, while those dry-type are classified as Class D.
