May I ask whether a condenser is still needed for the exhaust gas from the storage tank after it has been nitrogen-sealed with methanol or ethanol?
First, a condenser should be installed before nitrogen-sealing the exhaust gas in order to condense the gaseous phase, reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas, and condense as many organic compounds as possible within the gas phase thereby reducing emissions. Second, a condenser for the exhaust gas main pipe should be installed; however, this requires pressurization equipment for the exhaust gas main pipe, otherwise the condenser mentioned in the first point would already have done the condensation, rendering the main pipe condenser ineffective

If your storage tank has a high turnover rate, it is recommended to implement condensation recovery. You should calculate the amount of material lost in the exhaust gases – you’ll be surprised!
