Minimum wall thickness: The actual minimum wall thickness of the elbow should be 12% greater than the nominal wall thickness of the main pipe to which it is connected; the wall thickness of the elbow must be at least 2 millimeters thicker than that of the connected pipe, and the inner diameter of the elbow must match that of the pipe.
The form and position tolerances of elbows: requirements such as radius of curvature, center distance, flatness, perpendicularity of the pipe end faces, and flatness of the pipe end faces shall comply respectively with the corresponding provisions in GB/T12459, GB/T13401, and SY5257. Upon delivery, the goods will be accompanied by a factory certificate of conformity, a material list, and quality certification documents such as test reports (including hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing), etc.
