Question regarding the definition of the installation height Hg for the HG20570.5 pump

1: As for the allowable suction vacuum height Hs of a pump, my understanding is as follows: the higher the allowable suction vacuum height, the lower the allowable absolute suction pressure (i.e., the higher the vacuum level). In other words, the lower the system pressure at which cavitation can occur, the greater the pump’s resistance to cavitation.2: Regarding the pump’s installation height Hg, I don’t understand the definition given in the specifications. The geometric installation height Hg of the pump, measured in meters, seems to refer simply to a height value. Upon checking the units in the formulas, I also found that they are in meters. If I calculate Hg to be 1.44 meters, does that mean the height from the top surface of the pump foundation to the center of the liquid surface being drawn in by the pump is 1.44 meters? Wouldn’t that make the pump very large? How should this item be understood?
