In the latest draft of the \"GB20801 Code for Pressure Piping – Industrial Piping\" under section 1.2, the industrial pressure piping referred to in this document (hereinafter referred to as \"pressure piping\") includes the pressure piping associated with process units, auxiliary units, and utility systems within the facility area. This document applies to pressure pipelines under the following conditions: a) Process pipelines and refrigeration pipelines that fall within the scope of TSG XXXX \"Technical Regulations for the Safety of Industrial Pipelines\": that is, pressure pipelines with a maximum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or more, whose medium is gas, liquefied gas, steam, or liquids that are flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and have a maximum operating temperature equal to or higher than their standard boiling point, and whose nominal diameter is 50 mm or more. Except for pipes with a nominal diameter of less than 150 mm and a maximum operating pressure of less than 1.6 MPa (gauge pressure), which are used to transport non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive gases (excluding liquefied gases, steam, and oxygen). The liquid here is flammable. According to \"GB 30000.7-2013 Standards for the Classification and Labelling of Chemicals – Part 7: Flammable Liquids\", this refers to liquids with a flash point below 93 degrees; it does not include Class CB liquids, whereas previously flammable liquids included those of Class C.

If the flash point of a flammable liquid is less than 93°C, it may include some Class C-A liquids. Therefore, the original poster’s statement that flammable liquids do not contain any Class C-B liquids is inaccurate. It should be stated that flammable liquids contain only some Class C-A liquids and no Class C-B liquids at all.
Isn’t the latest version of GB 20801 the 2020 edition, which has already been implemented? Another draft for feedback?
