For chemical manufacturing enterprises undergoing the renewal of their industrial product production licenses, there is a suitable operating range for both the top temperature of the distillation tower and the temperature in the reactor. To verify the effectiveness of this process, experts require that the purity of the product be tested at each intersection point of these temperatures, so as to determine whether they are within the appropriate range. Is it reasonable to do this? How does everyone conduct such process validation?
