For chlorine engineering cells, the cell voltage is gradually increasing; it’s now almost 3.3V. I want to reset the voltage alarm thresholds, but I’m afraid to set them too high. Could experts please advise? What is the basis for setting the high and low alarm thresholds for cell voltage? How to set it up? How are the alarm values set for ultra-high trip shutdown? What is the basis then?
