Generally speaking, magnetic pump efficiency is low; Is it that the pump efficiency is low or the motor efficiency is low? Or does it refer to the overall efficiency of the pump?

Pump efficiency generally refers to the efficiency of the pump itself. Low efficiency refers to low pump efficiency. Motors generally achieve **standard energy efficiency levels; once the energy efficiency grade is selected, the efficiency remains essentially constant. The efficiency of pumps varies widely under different conditions; it can be as low as 10–20 percent, or as high as 80 percent.
The low efficiency of magnetic drive pumps is relative to centrifugal pumps under the same conditions. The main difference lies in the transmission method. Centrifugal pumps use direct mechanical transmission, while magnetic pumps rely on the magnetic field generated by internal and external magnets for transmission; energy is lost during this magnetic transmission process, resulting in a slightly lower efficiency compared to direct mechanical transmission.
Both petrochemical centrifugal pumps and clean-water centrifugal pumps are subject to energy efficiency requirements. Magnetic drive pumps and canned motor pumps, on the other hand, are seal-less pumps; currently, there are no energy efficiency requirements for them, and their efficiency is relatively lower compared to the aforementioned two types of centrifugal pumps
