Quality requirements for purge gas in oxygen pipelines

I saw a description regarding the specifications for the gas used for purging oxygen pipelines; I’m not sure which standard it comes from Oxygen pipelines should be purged with dry, oil-free air, as other gases such as nitrogen pose a risk of asphyxiation. Dry, oil-free air meets the following quality requirements: dew point of less than or equal to -40°C, particle count of less than or equal to 1 mg/m3, oil and other hydrocarbons at less than or equal to 0.01 mg/m3, and particle size of less than or equal to 1 micron.
