The first batch of products met all technical specifications and were shipped out successfully, marking a breakthrough from traditional intermittent, phased, small-scale production methods. This facility now has the capability for large-scale, automated, continuous, and clean industrial production, thereby further enhancing the core competitiveness of the catalyst company. This catalyst is used in Sinopec’s “Ten Dragon” technology development project. It was developed by the Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute and manufactured by Dalian Catalyst Co., Ltd. It features high yield and excellent wear resistance, meeting the requirements of units for hydrotreating residue oil as well as coal liquefaction oil and coal tar. In the future, it will supply high-quality catalyst products for composite-bed and fluidized-bed residue oil hydrotreatment units both domestically and internationally.
