The “Graphene Production Project via Gas Phase Synthesis” submitted by Donghua Technology, which is affiliated with China Chemical, is included in this list; it is the only project from the group company to be selected. Donghua Technology will adopt a new gas-phase synthesis method for graphene powder that features independent intellectual property rights, and implement a continuous production process. It will build the first industrial demonstration facility capable of producing 200 tons of graphene powder per year, as well as 4,000 tons of graphene-based functional pastes per year, in order to manufacture and supply high-quality graphene. This technology represents a disruptive innovation in the graphene industry; its products feature large diameters, few defects, and an adjustable number of layers. It offers significant advantages in terms of high consistency and cost, enabling the development of larger-scale devices. Donghua Technology has mastered the key technologies in the industrial chain of \"graphene – anti-corrosion additives – high-performance graphene coatings\", and has developed a range of products such as high-performance graphene epoxy zinc powder coatings, graphene heat-dissipation coatings, and graphene wear-resistant coatings; the performance of these products far exceeds industry standards as well as that of similar products available on the market. The project leader said, “Taking the graphene-epoxy-zinc powder anti-corrosion coating as an example, just by adding a very small amount of this graphene, it is possible to significantly improve the adhesion of the coating as well as its resistance to salt spray.” ” 　　At the same time, the high quality of Donghua Technology’s graphene products enables the \"Graphene Carbon Aluminum Alloy\" to possess significant advantages in terms of high modulus, high strength and toughness, as well as light weight. Moreover, the high consistency of these products results in a substantial reduction in the deviation values of the key performance indicators of the alloy, from 10% to 0.5%, thereby significantly improving its yield rate. The performance of this \"alkene-carbon aluminum alloy\" is superior to that of the lithium-aluminum alloy, which is currently a critical imported material in the aerospace industry, and it can address the issue of reliance on imported materials in this field. . After three years of preparation, Donghua Technology established a graphene R&D command center in 2022, creating an organization model that combines scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs to handle tasks related to technology research and development, market promotion, investment in infrastructure, and industrial planning; it also plans to set up companies focused on graphene-related industries. Donghua Technology always adheres to a market-oriented approach, striving to create a comprehensive solution that spans from technology research and development to actual application in various scenarios. To date, 7 invention patents and utility model patents have been obtained, including those for \"A device and method for preparing graphene\" and \"A device for continuously purifying graphene at high temperatures.\" In addition, work on formulating relevant standards has been undertaken, and the related research projects have been approved as part of the group company’s scientific and technological initiatives for 2024.
