Recently, the \"Technical Specifications for the Application of Highway Phosphogypsum-Composite Stabilized Gravel Subbases\" (hereinafter referred to as the \"Specifications\"), which were developed with the involvement of Huangmailing Phosphorus Chemical Company under Hubei Province’s Huangmailing Holding Group Co., Ltd., won the first prize in the field of science and technology awarded by the Hubei Highway Society. 　　It is understood that the Hubei Province Highway Society Science and Technology Award was established with the approval of the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and it is an authoritative scientific and technological award for the highway transportation industry across the province. 　　Huangmailing Phosphorus Chemical Industry developed these \"Specifications\" by summarizing the experience gained in recent years from the use of phosphogypsum-based composite stabilized pavement bases on highways in Hubei Province, as well as relevant research findings; this was done after conducting analyses and evaluations and seeking extensive input from experts both within and outside the province. This Standard is a local standard of Hubei Province, which specifies the raw materials to be used, the design of the mixture composition for phosphogypsum composite stabilizing materials in road subbases, the pavement structure as well as the waterproofing and drainage designs, construction methods, construction quality management and inspection procedures, as well as environmental quality testing and monitoring. 　　“In the future, we will continue to work together with domestic research institutions, construction companies and other entities to advance technological research and development as well as the application of relevant achievements.
