On December 30, a brief yet enthusiastic ceremony was held at the construction site of the Blue Sea New Materials project, marking the timely completion of the intermediate handover for the pilot platform phase of the Blue Sea (Nantong) Pilot Base project. At the event, representatives from the handover side – including the Project Management Department of Lanhai New Materials Project, the supervision unit Jilin Mengxi, the general contractor’s Shanghai Huanguo Pilot Plant Project Department, and the consortium contractor’s Jilin Huajian Pilot Plant Project Department – jointly signed the \"Interim Project Handover Certificate\" with the representative of the receiving party, Kun Gang Advanced Manufacturing Nantong Branch. This marked another important advancement and a significant milestone in the construction of the Lanhai New Materials Project. As an important component of China National Petroleum Corporation’s innovation system, the pilot plant plays a key role in facilitating the transition from laboratory research to industrial application, as well as in promoting the commercialization of new material technologies. The successful completion of this project marks the establishment of a key milestone in Blue Sea New Materials’ journey through the chain of \"research and development, pilot testing, and industrialization\". It provides a solid technical foundation for the company to accelerate technological innovation and foster the development of new products, while also offering significant support for the group company’s strategic plans in the field of new materials. Since the project began, in the face of challenges such as a tight schedule, heavy workload, and complex construction processes, all the personnel involved have demonstrated a spirit of overcoming difficulties, achieving impressive progress rates. They successfully completed tasks including the construction of 2,272 PHC piles, the pouring of 17,459 cubic meters of concrete, and the installation of 6,110 tons of steel structures.
