Issues regarding the classification of fire hazards in industrial buildings

There is a nitrogen compressor room; the facility contains only two nitrogen compressors with a capacity of 150 NM3/H each. These two compressors account for approximately 50% of the floor space. The nitrogen gas contains 3%-4% methane (the lower explosive limit for methane is 5%). Is this facility considered a Class A facility? What should I do?
There is already an explosion lower limit that meets Class A requirements
It is not classified as Category A; this can be seen from the explanatory notes to Article 3.1.2 of the Building Code.
