In terms of equipment, this project overcame various engineering shortcomings related to poor sealing in high-temperature and high-pressure foaming equipment, low precision in temperature and pressure control, and low operational efficiency. It developed a set of fully automatic, quick-opening supercritical foaming molding reactors using clamping-type designs. The pressure release rate of this equipment is 6 times higher than that of international advanced levels, and the temperature control accuracy inside the reactor reaches ±1°C, enabling green large-scale production on a ten-thousand-ton scale.   In terms of material modification, the team innovatively developed methods for regulating network structures through grafting, chain extension, crosslinking, as well as pre-crosslinking and secondary crosslinking, which effectively expanded the foaming temperature range and addressed issues such as the difficulty in controlling the pore morphology of elastomers and specialty rubbers during foaming.   To date, the project has obtained 38 invention patents, published 51 academic papers, and established a robust system of independent intellectual property rights. In addition, this technology has been deployed on a large scale in various enterprises; over the past three years, it has helped these partners generate sales of over 2.1 billion yuan and profits of over 300 million yuan.
