Is it sufficient to indicate only the weld inspection grade of the pipeline in the pipeline data sheet?

Whether it is GB/T20801 or GB50184, the inspection grades for pipes are divided into 5 levels. Does it mean that it is sufficient to indicate only the inspection grade on the pipe data sheet? As for longitudinal seams, circumferential seams, branch pipe connections, etc., there is no need to specify whether magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, radiographic testing, or ultrasonic testing should be used, what the inspection ratio is, or what the acceptance criteria are; the testing unit responsible for the construction shall simply follow the aforementioned standards. How do you write the pipeline data table section?

Just to ask further, the inspection levels are divided into five grades, while the defect assessment (NBT47013.2) has only 4 grades. Is there a one-to-one correspondence between the two?
