Today is the last day of 2014; it’s a time when various evaluations take place at work, as well as a funny period marked by all sorts of human quirks and oddities. . . There are 4 spots in the section where my workplace is located. Members from three teams participated in the evaluation. The value of the prizes will not exceed 200 yuan in total. . Such a trivial profit can yet give rise to all sorts of human behaviors and ugly actions. I am filled with deep emotion. . . The evaluation is conducted through voting: each person has one vote, and with that vote they can select four candidates from the entire team whom they consider to be the most outstanding. I am the team leader; whether it’s a work group or a production section, I am one of the four people who do the most work. I think my victory was a foregone conclusion, and I also believe it’s what I deserve. . I also responsibly filled in my own vote for the 4 individuals who deserved to be chosen – one of them was from my own team, that is me, while the other three were from other teams and performed well at their work. I feel that I have lived up to this vote. After everyone had cast their votes, a comedic scene ensued as the competition was fierce. . . Why? It turns out that in other teams, \"especially one particular team, everyone is chosen from within that team itself; in other words, only people from their own team are selected, not those from other teams.\" Another team has a situation similar to this, which results in a situation where those who do more work and those who do less work, as well as those with good skills and those with poor skills, end up competing fiercely with each other. . . . . . . Funny and noisy. So willful. So then, what is the hardest to deal with? People are the hardest to deal with. . . . As for the ultimate final result, who am I still? Who gets chosen? I’ll keep it confidential for now, to maintain suspense. To be continued. Haha. . ------------- Dear sea friends, has the evaluation of your unit’s excellence been completed? Does it also have its own story? I hope everyone can share some interesting stories from this year. :lol
The so-called ‘advanced’ person has already chosen us for this role. Moreover, aside from the ‘advanced’ person himself, no one else knows who it is; we only found out through others later on
There’s nothing we can do about it; we here don’t **, it’s specified! ! ! I really feel sorry for you; I hope everything goes well and safely in 2015~~~~
Four spots – one employee is selected from each of the three teams, and the three team leaders select the fourth spot. This might be better
Senior, those foreigners are the same; those who are close to the bosses always get the advantage. It’s a state-owned enterprise, so there’s no need to say anything – everyone knows how it is. For an enterprise to truly be considered advanced would be like the sun rising in the west. By the way, OP, I’m not sure what type of company you work for. Hehe, we work for a state-owned enterprise; as a team leader, it’s already quite good if you can get your hands on a wrench a few times a year. The real tasks are to accompany managers while drinking tea, playing cards, and smoking. It’s obvious that you’re not up to the standards as a team leader. :lol
Haha, you can’t be that absolute in your statements; what if you’re significantly taller than others?
A score is calculated based on the annual assessment. Allocate quotas to various teams based on their performance, and implement internal voting within each team! .
If that’s the case, the work environment in your company isn’t very good~ If you want to continue working here, you can’t worry about such things.
The leaders settled these matters in a lighthearted conversation
It’s still more in line with the national conditions; Taiwanese-funded enterprises should be more formal, right?
Every person has a reason for existing
